"Gives me goose-bumps" is an overused phrase but fitting in reference to Be Forest, a female-fronted shoegaze band from central Italy whose dark, mysterious, apocalyptic music has echoes of the Cure and Joy Division. Listening to them one can almost imagine being sucked ever deeper into the wintry depths of a deep, dark, Italian forest. Jabod
